Thank you for shopping at Tazah Global’s partner store Atif Zone. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want you completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacements. By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

At Atif Zone, in collaboration with Tazah Global, we ensure that every product reaches you in its original condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe

Atif Zone will cater to all complaints within 30 days of delivery.

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Replacement is free of cost

  • After 7 days: Replacement will be provided with certain applicable charges

Replacement Process

Initiation

To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the faulty/damaged/incorrect product with our support team within the eligible time frame. Sometimes, issues arise due to product usage, and our team may be able to guide you through a quick fix. If the issue is confirmed, we proceed with replacement as follows:

OPTION A – Ship It Back

We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product in its original packaging (box and all accessories) to:

Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE

Within 5 working days of receiving the product, we will ship the replacement free of charge.

OPTION B – Courier Pickup

We will schedule a courier to pick up the faulty item from you and send a replacement within 14 working days. Please make sure the product is packed properly (with box and accessories).

⚠️ Note: We do not offer replacements for “change of mind”.

Refund Policy

Atif Zone currently does not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided for eligible issues.
